What is a Proposal?
Our Proposal are broken down into three main packages to choose from.

* The figures above show our minimum pricing points. All pricing is project based and are subject to change at the discretion of the CPA.
Own a business? We’ve got you covered.
Our Essentials, Core, and Elite packages for businesses are similar to our individual, but are catered your business and its needs.
All of our business packages include a basic look through your books by the CPA.

What to Do When You Receive Your Proposal
Receiving the proposal
You will receive your proposal in your inbox from a member of the ZBCPA team. If you are expecting a proposal and did not receive it make sure to check your spam or junk folders.
Signing
After receiving your proposal, now is the time to review and sign. Make sure that the proposal is for you and was meant for someone else. Also make sure the prices align with what has been previously discussed with one of our CPAs. If anything looks wrong, don’t sign. You can always wait and reach out to us to discuss if something seems off, we are here to help. Now is also a good time to review our terms of service.
After you sign
After you sign your proposal and add payment information, now is time to get to work. You will receive an email to upload all necessary information we need to make sure we are able to file your taxes correctly, efficiently, and get you any new information in a timely manner. This is the most important part, uploading these documents gives us everything we need to get started on your items.
Sit back and let us handle it
At this point you’ve paid your invoice, uploaded your documents, now is the time to take a deep breath and let the experts handle it form here. Trust, we are working on your items and will reach out with updates as they come. If we have not reached out, then you have nothing to worry about.
As it get closer to tax time anxiety can get high to ensure everything is done, we totally understand. As steps in the process are completed you will be updated on what’s next. You can always contact us: [email protected]
When will my taxes be ready?
Once your proposal has been signed, what’s next?
You will receive an email with a link to select a date that you will have all of your documents uploaded by that date. This gets us started.
Selecting a start date is not selecting the day your returns will be ready!
Once we receive your documents we will start working on your item on the date you selected.
Essential members have a 6-Week turnaround time.
Core members will have a 4-Week turnaround time.
Elite members have a 2-week turnaround time.
If you do not have your documents uploaded by the date you select you will have to select a new date and processed on a new schedule based on your selected date.
You are able to pay for an expedited fee to cut the line for the start of your project.
Selecting the date just tells us when you want us to get started. If you do not select a date; a date will be assigned for you.
